Cocker Spaniel needs a good home

Reggie is an 8 month old pure bred cocker spaniel weighing approximately 25lbs. He is up to date on all shots and neutered. He has a crate and a plethora of toys he will be bringing with him. He is crate trained and enjoys listening to music while sleeping there. He is still working on potty training but mainly goes outside if taken out frequently. He is a bundle of energy who is great with people, kids, and other dogs. We hate to rehome him but we have not been able to spend the time with him that he deserves. We are asking a fee for rehoming to ensure he goes to a great home. If you have any questions please let me know!
