need mechanic to work on scooter $25

I need someone to work on schedule. I got some screws that need to be put in the in the tractions. If you can put them in you get 25 bucks. If you can figure out how to fix that let me know text or call me. All I know is my scooter is not balanced when I ride it. And it's because of all that in the pictures.
