Rehoming active dog ASAP or shelter

Description

I unfortunately need to rehome my 1yr old lab/Collie mix. I do not want to bring her to a shelter but I am currently leaning towards that. She is a about 40lbs. She is a very sweet dog, very energetic, potty trained and crate trained (she knows a few commands) gets along great with my other 50 lb dog. She is not great with cats (She does not mean to hurt them but she doesn't understand that she is much bigger than them and can't be trying to tackle them). I adopted her last year from a "rescue" that did not care for their dogs well. She was spayed and that was it. I have gotten her up to date on all vaccines (minus bordetella), heartworm prevention (and testing), and flea/tick prevention. The "rescue" claimed she was "just a lap dog" as I specifically requested an easy going laid back dog as I don't do well with high energy. We've been training her since we got her but she just won't leave the cats alone.. the minute a cat runs by she immediately chases and pins them. We've really exhausted all our options at this point so she needs a really active home
