Commercial cleaning account -Clinical building Portsmouth NH – Pays $1900/month We are a New Hampshire Facility Services company looking to expand its use of GOOD QUALITY cleaning Sub-Contractors in Portsmouth and surroundings. We currently have an account that we need someone to clean 7 nights/week. It is a clinical building. The scope of work will include cleaning of the hard floors (flat mopping system requested), vacuuming, disinfection of touching points, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, emptying trash and replacing liners, … Clinic is approximately 5000 Sf and would require 1 or 2 persons to spend 4 hours ( or 2 hours each if 2 ).This job will pay each month $1900. To be considered, you will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance for Liability AND for Workers compensation (no exceptions made). References of previous commercial cleaning jobs are a must.
