Painting subcontractor crew needed for the exterior painting of a retail store. Must have experience, references and insurance (negotiable). Front exterior EIFS to be painted "Tony Taupe." Rear metals including railings, doors and bollards to match existing. Labor budget for this project is $3,750. Work must start Monday morning 12/12/22. Estimating a 2 day project window. Scissor lift(s) and all materials are currently onsite.
