ISO: Lease of gelding or Mare

ISO: looking for a lease of a horse for my younger sister, she’s 13 and a very responsible rider. She’s ridden since she was 5, with lessons and then helping me train horses for friends. Her goal and love for horses is something she’s very passionate about and we’re looking to get that started again she has 6+ yrs experience riding and I will be present and have training experience as well. She has experience with riding •Green Broke Horses •Assisting in Pony Rides •Western (barrels, poles, etc) •Trails •Mares and Geldings Requesting mildly broke mare/gelding that’s sound with no aggression issues. Willing to work with and retrain if needed. Willing to pay as well as muck stalls, feed, turnout, daily if necessary as well. Looking to also purchase if possible in the future and provide a loving forever home. Please let me know if you have anything within 30-45 minutes of Titusville.
