Purpose: To allow EDT program applicants to gain some experience and exposure to Wood Pole climbing. The intent is to reduce the pressure on candidates during the regular 3-day wood pole school and increase passing rates. This opportunity will allow candidates to assess their climbing capabilities and comfortability with heights.
