At this make and take embroidery class you will be guided through the step by step process of designing your own embroidered floral line drawing tote bag! The instructor will provide examples and inspiration as you draw your own design onto your provided tote bag. We will then learn embroidery basics including the stitches needed to embroider your design. Support and guidance will be provided as you embroider your bag in class. The instructor will be available via messaging should you require any troubleshooting outside of class as you finish your bag. About the Instructor: I am Danielle, the maker behind Finley & Kate Bows, a creative outlet turned small business. I taught myself to embroider in 2020 and began to add embroidered embellishments to my handmade hair accessories I had been selling since 2015. There is no fabric item I won’t embroider, and I am excited to teach others this art! The workshop will be 2 hours- most students will require time outside of those hours to complete their bags, but all needed supplies are theirs to take with them. A 16 oz beer or 1/2 off a cocktail is included with the ticket. Food will be available for purchase.
