Jon has had so much fun with these previous "Drink something cool" events that we decided to take it to another level. As before, the main intention of this event is to have professional Mead makers pour you something they are passionate about and tell you all about them. The Previous "Drink something cool" had us, Oppegaard Meadery, pouring samples while Jon told a fun story or anecdote about the thing you got to sample. Most of these Meads were aged for long periods of time or experimental batches or some combination of the two. This will be similar in format BUT instead of just Jon Oppegaard telling you stories about his strange and unique Mead we will have FOUR Mead makers here showing off fun stuff you likely wouldn't be able to try otherwise! Jon Oppegaard of Oppegaard Meadery, Erik from Aesir Meadery, Cosmo from Contrivance Wine and Mead co and Bloodmoon himself from Bloodmoon Meadworks will all be here in person to regale you with Mead stories few have ever heard! The ticket cost covers your admission. Samples will be no charge.
