From 6-8:00pm we'll: Enjoy food and fellowshipEnter to win a raffleShare gifts that benefit local BPS students and families*Contemplate the presence of God with us through visual artwork by Shantel MillerDance to a selection of songs from a collaborative church choirSing carols in an interactive candlelight serviceAfter 8:00pm we'll: Turn the stage over to the youth for an open mic after partyYouth are invited to creatively share their reflections on the Christmas season and what joy means to them. Poets, storytellers, playwrights, rappers, singers, musicians, dancers, visual artists, mimes, ventriloquists (haha) are welcome! Come and share your art for the uplift of God's people and the opportunity to win cash prizes. We are asking event attendees to participate in this blessing by giving: $25-$50 gift cards to local grocery stores for families$25-$50 visa gift cards for teachers to buy classroom suppliesCash donations that will go towards purchasing culturally relevant books for students attending the Greenwood Shalom Afterschool programWe are looking forward to celebrating with you!
