Do not rent from Terrace Villas. They are scumlords. They raised everyone's rent 500 dollars. The man who owns Casa Larga is behind all of this. He is a cheap greedy person. They don't care if your elderly and are on a fixed income. Karma is a bad thing and John from Casa Larga will hv his day coming. There has been so many complaints, so far half the people are leaving but that's what they want so they can raise the rent even higher. You have been warned.
