Description
My husband and I recently adopted a very sweet shepherd doodle, but we unfortunately decided that we will be unable to keep him due to no fault of his own. Ace is an awesome dog but very active and playful, which is starting to annoy our other dog. His dad was a German Shepherd and his mother was a poodle.
We were told that Ace has separation anxiety when left alone, but have not witnessed this firsthand. Still, we think he would be best in a home where he can be spoiled with attention and play time. He’s good with other dogs, but is very playful and energetic. He’s also very sweet with kids, but because he’s so playful and doesn’t realize how large he is, I would be nervous with him around small children that he could accidentally knock over. He’s a great guard dog and only barks when someone enters the house, but quiets and calms down quickly after being told. He’s a super smart dog as well and listens to some commands, and we think he could learn many more with the right owner.
A rehoming fee applies to ensure a good family. Ace is about 7 months old, has all of his shots and vetting, and can come with his crate and other supplies, including his heartworm, flea, and tick medication. He is not fixed. Please email or text me if you have any questions at all or are interested! Thanks!
