The goal of the summit is to provide shared space and opportunity for attendees to build capacity and identify strategies to increase participation in federal nutrition programs (school meals, SNAP, WIC, etc.) and improve nutrition equity in New Hampshire. There will be sessions for everyone including public health and medical professionals, nonprofits, state and local government, direct service organizations, farmers, community members, education and researchers, community health workers, state and federal legislators, and charitable funders. The focus of the day will be on celebrating our 2022 successes and looking ahead to learn, plan, and take action to improve health equity and eliminate hunger in NH!
