This event is donation based. Guests are instructed to relax their mind, body, and spirit as soothing sounds help “bathe” them into a restful state of being. Sound healing sessions include crystal quartz sound bowls, Tibetan and Japanese singing bowls, cleansing water element instruments, 7 chakra chimes, and a brief guided meditation. *Yoga mats and other items for comfort are very limited. Please bring your own items to assist your sound journey. This will be Iisa's first sound bath after completing the Macrocosm Roots "The Sound Journey Experience" workshop! She has spent the last 8 weeks learning sound therapy and is ready to share her sound medicine with the community. We can't wait to see you there! -No movement is required-- all guests are instructed to simply rest during the sound session! -Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow as there are limited quantities for use. Comfortable seating arrangements are also available on site. -Free Parking: Street parking on Cermak Rd and Lombard Ave. *NO parking lots are available at this time. The sound event entrance is located on Lombard Ave under the green awning marked ABS. *Attention: The elevator is currently under maintenance and may not be available for use. The event is located on the 2nd floor.
