"The Sacred Embodiment" is a two-hour group workshop that will ground you deeper into your body with the power of breathwork. Setting embodied intentions, journaling, authentic relating to the community and so much more. Maybe you aren't exactly sure yet what you want the New Year to look like and that my friend is totally perfect. Instead, we can focus on the feelings of what we want to call in. What would it feel like to live from a more embodied state, less stress, more abundance? What would it feel like to create a life you have always dreamed of? This workshop is boundless and is a playing field for you to call in all that you desire. The truth is...no matter what you desire in your life, it is perfectly right and is meant for YOU. What I know to be true, is that as we lean into what lights us up in our life. It isn't about "becoming" more of ourselves but rather "unbecoming" what society, upbringing, and our beliefs told us what was possible. You are an infinite being with endless possibilities.
