We want to invite the community of Sebastopol to join us for an evening of pizza, discussion, community building and climate education! The change starts with us and we want to do our part and reduce the effects of climate change in our daily lives and in our community. This will be an ongoing series discussing topics such as Transportation, Energy, sequestration, EV cars, recycling/zero waste and more! This was done by a civic sparks fellow and was finished in July of 2022 and was adopted by our the Sebastopol City Council. About the climate action committee The Climate Action Committee is a committee comprised of community members, City Council Members and City Staff to continue to find ways to reduce carbon emissions in our local community. We have working groups that consist of committee members and community members who all spend their time to make a difference and help our city reduce carbon emissions!
