Description
Experience the enchantment of Christmas in Victorian England…right here in Greenville! Step back in time with this unique demonstration class, where Chef Vince will be preparing a traditional Victorian-era feast inspired by Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.” The menu will include Orange-Glazed Cornish Hen with Sausage, Apple, & Chestnut Stuffing, Duchess Potatoes, Maple Bacon-Wrapped Carrots, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Pecans, and a traditional Plum Pudding. Paired with a warm and inviting Smoking Bishop (a seasonal mulled wine,) these gastronomic delights will tantalize your taste buds with the authentic flavors of Jolly Old England at Yuletide. So, don’t be a Scrooge, secure your reservation today! Tickets are $100, with very limited availability for this exclusive event. What To Expect: Prepare to be thoroughly enchanted as Chef Vince walks you through the preparation of each item. Due to time constraints, most of the meal will be prepared in advance, but there will be opportunities for hands-on participation for attendees. Two glasses of wine are included (be prepared to present your ID at check-in if you wish to partake,) along with tea and water. At the end of the meal, keep your spirits up by receiving 20% off if you wish to do any shopping and will have 30 minutes after the class for shopping (some exclusions apply). This is sure to be an unforgettable evening, so grab a friend or two (sorry, no Ghosts of Christmas allowed) and come join us for mirth and merriment at our “Host of Christmas Past” Dickens Dinner! Please notify us in advance of any allergies, as adjustments cannot be made during class. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, and hand-washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. Please contact us at 864.250.0091 with any questions or concerns.
