READ THIS CAREFULLY! Looking for help with snow blowing and shoveling. MUST BE RELIABLE and WILL COME TO WORK ON TIME and STAY TILL THE WORK IS DONE! THIS INCLUDES WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS IF IT SNOWS (BIG BONUSES)! MUST SHOW UP SOBER! You are paid to SPEED WALK. This is a fast pace job. Must be physically fit and able to move 50-75lb. Completes tasks in a timely and professional manner… NO SLACKERS! Good attitude & follows instructions. IF THIS IS NOT YOU, DO NOT REPLY TO THIS AD. It is a plus but not necessary if you are familiar with snow blowers, shoveling, salting, past experience… On-call for AFTER every snowfall ends. Shifts are usually 4-8 hours. If there’s 20” snowfall it can be 15 hours (BIG BONUSES)! - maybe once every other year! Starting at $23 per hour (INCLUDES A $1 PER HOUR ATTENDANCE BONUS FOR BE ON TIME!) plus a POSSIBLE $1-$4 per hour bonus for your performance, attendance and weather.
