New Year's Eve Retreat with Bhante Sujatha! Saturday, December 31st, 10:00am - 2:00pm Dana: $99 **Dāna (pronounced “daa-nuh”) is a Pāli word that means giving, especially to charity and in support of teacher. **Includes Refreshments and a Special Gift. The new year is a time for healing, setting intentions, letting go of what is no longer serving us, and clearing the way for unconditional love from ourselves and others. Join us this new year season for an unforgettable blessing experience to celebrate the arrival of 2023 and initiate your new year with commitment and determination. In this program designed for healing and inspiration, you will be guided in mind, body, and spirit through an unforgettable journey with ceremony and rituals. Bhante Sujatha, a Buddhist monk of 40+ years, will give an inspiring talk on the benefits of creating, refreshing, and establishing a sturdy meditation practice in our lives in order to support the goals we set to be our best self. Bhante will then lead a guided meditation in the practice of loving-kindness, followed by the recitation of a 2,600 year-old Buddhist Chant that describes a wish for world-wide good health, healing, and blessings. Next, our founder Harumi, will lead you in a gentle session of empowering Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra. With your mind at body at ease, you will then be immersed in the presence and power of Sound Healing with George Monoson & Denise Knutson. The program will conclude with time for refreshments, fellowship, and gift to take home! Prepare yourself for this experience that will inspire you, fill your heart, bring energy into your body, and find you completely replenished and ready to invite the new year with inspiration.
