Key Colony Point an oceanfront 31 condo complex in Key Colony Beach is hiring a Maintenance/Janitorial professional for 30-35 hours/week. 7:00am – 1:00pm Sunday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays off. Looking for a reliable and dependable worker with prior maintenance and/or janitorial experience. Must be able to pass a background check and have own transportation. Must be able to work without supervision. $21-$23/hour DOE Paid Holidays
Daily Duties include:
- Beach cleaning, raking and organizing the beach furniture
- Gas grill cleaning/inspection
- Washing pool deck and organizing the furniture
- Clean fishing pier
- Clean pool bathrooms
- Clean elevator
- Empty trash bins
Weekly Duties:
- Pressure washing walkways, stairs, garage
- Cleaning seawall and outdoor furniture
- Minor repairs
- Minor landscaping tasks
- Minor maintenance tasks for the building and grounds
