Looking for new home for 1 year old male

A few months ago I took in a cat for one of my neighbors that passed. However the cat has been raised and allowed to go outside by previous owner. I am moved into a complex where he cannot go out and he is depressed and cries to get out all day- I don’t want him to get out in the busy downtown city. Have cat tower, he is up to date on shots, neutered, and a beautiful boy but likes to wander out. Will purchase food and litter or whatever is needed to give this guy a great life!
