Join us for a membership exclusive luncheon and agency tour of one of our funded partners, Adopt-a-Family! The agency operates Palm Beach County’s largest homeless prevention program which provides financial assistance and supportive services to families at risk of becoming homeless. In addition to the agency’s activities surrounding housing and supportive services, Adopt-A-Family operates a licensed afterschool and out-of-school program for children attending kindergarten through fifth grade. Families are often in need of items that SNAPS does not cover. Here is a list of suggested donations: Diapers and wipes Soft blankets Hygiene products (soap, deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, toothpaste/toothbrush, etc.) Detergent/cleaning supplies (Laundry and dish soap, Windex, Clorox wipes, Fantastic, Lysol, toilet bowl cleaner and bowl brushes, etc.)
