Description

On Friday, January 13 from 7-8 pm, join Reese Havlatka, founder of Fullwell Facilitation in saying "F*ck no!" to New Year's resolutions and "F*ck yes!" to self-acceptance and meaningful growth. New Year's resolutions are rooted in the idea that something is wrong with us and we need to be better. The reason we don't follow through on them is because we feel ashamed for "needing to be better" to begin with. We don't believe we have the capacity for change. Try something different this year: f*ck New Year's resolutions and accept yourself. At this special event, Fullwell Facilitation will lead you through some shared dreaming to explore what is important to you and how to live it out. We will set invitations for the year ahead, rooted in the knowledge that we can learn and grow while already being complete. We will explore the capitalist, patriarchal, and white supremacist origins of New Year's resolutions and find a different way forward together. Dive deep into this topic with Reese's Radical Self Acceptance Reads book list!  Get Tickets //  This is a ticketed event with a pay-what-you-can sliding scale ($5-$15). Ticket costs include Fullwell Facilitation's "F*ck It" workbook + a raffle entry for a free coaching session with founder and CEO Reese Havlatka. Learn more about health and safety at Booksweet.
