Bearded dragon for someone experienced

I have a young female bearded dragon that I got from petco. She has been to 2 vets pinnacle and sweeten creek and then to aquarium and Imports for a check up and everyone keeps saying she is fine but she is not. She will act perfectly fine and then at random times her eye gets crusted shut and her nostril does the same. Both on her right side. She will puff her beard and then air puffs out the side like she can't breathe. Her mouth is very wet. I personally think she has a respritory infection and I just want her to go to someone that has experience with this because I can't figure it out and can't get any help from vets
