We are currently recruiting for the following positions: 1. Custodian Day-porter in Louisville (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm) 2. Custodian Day-Porter in Louisville (Monday-Friday 7:30am-1:30pm) 3. Custodian Night Cleaner (Monday & Fridays 5:30PM-9:30PM, Tuesday, Wedn and Thurday 8:15pm-12:15am) 3. Full-Time area Custodial supervisor to oversee Thornton, Lafayette and Louisville area. A custodial supervisor oversees an organizations custodial team. They develop plans and strategies to maintain the cleanliness of buildings and facilities, supervise the performance of custodial staff, delegate responsibilities, set goals and objectives, and solve issues and concerns when any arise. They may also participate in conducting routine maintenance inspections, recruiting staff, training staff, negotiating with suppliers, and securing supplies. Additionally, they ensure safety standards and policies are followed. Work hours may vary but main schedule would be the following: Schedule Available: 1) Monday-Friday: 4:00PM-12:00AM Ideal Candidate would have the following skills: Strong Leadership Strong Customer Service Strong Problem Solving Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required. Janitorial Experience/Carpet Cleaning/Strip & Wax Must have a clean background as this position requires entering some secure facilities.
