disabled man INO food help

Hello I’m physically disabled with congestive heart and lung failure and on oxygen and cannot walk very well, I’m supposed to be on disability but I just recently moved to Baltimore and my insurance did not carry over, now I have to start all from the beginning which I am currently working on. At the moment I am wondering if anyone has any food they can help with i haven’t had anything in awhile and I’m also diabetic so my choices are limited and I’ve already had to go to the hospital a few times because I haven’t been able to eat properly and have gone into diabetic shock a few times. If anyone could help with food I would be eternally grateful.
