Maintenance Person for Condo Association on Longboat Key Condo Association seeking a Maintenance Person to assist our team. In this role you will perform repairs to units as needed and general maintenance of common area. Must be a reliable team player with strong work ethic. Monday thru Friday Schedule. Full time preferred but can be flexible on hours Responsibilities: Perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals for the job requested. Schedule and meet with vendors and obtain quotes for repairs and services Report to Board and Community Manager on tasks, projects and vendor status Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to multi-task and think ahead Ability to handle physical workload Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft
