Responsibilities include preparing apartments for move-ins, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures and plumbing. Maintenance Technicians follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule.
