Hiring property preservation contractors to maintain tenant occupied properties. Weekly pay. This work will require taking detailed photographs supporting work which is in adherence to client standards. Vendors should be detail oriented with great communication and organizational skills to ensure work order instructions are followed correctly. Work must be completed by due dates provided, and all vendors must have their own transportation and equipment. Work to include, but not limited to: -Lock Work -Pool Securing - Discoloration treatment - Minor Property Repairs - Janitorial - Debris Removal -Minor electrical repairs -Minor plumbing repairs You must have the following: - Able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check - must be able to use PPW - must be able to utilize email - must have proper equipment - must be able to bid any/all damages - must be able to photograph and document work - Turnaround time is 48-72 hours
