Are you looking for part-time supplemental income, working for a fun, growing company this winter? We are seeking dedicated Site Managers with supervisory experience leading a team for work in the Central New Jersey area. The primary responsibilities of the position include confirming your team will be reporting to the job site on time, ensuring the team knows the plan of action, confirming the team is on task, performing quality control, and completing pre and post storm forms to report to management. The Supervisor typically drives their own 4 wd vehicle. Less than ideal weather conditions are a given – this position involves working outdoors in various winter conditions, including snow, mix of snow/rain, sleet, extreme weather conditions, low temperatures, and more. Supervisory experience leading a team is a must, and qualified applicants need to have a valid driver’s license with prior history of operating vehicles in extreme conditions. Snow Removal Supervisors will be expected to perform regular equipment inspections, identify potential mechanical issues with the equipment, and communicate any issues and/or deficiencies to General Management in a timely manner. Our account with the State of New Jersey requires to work long hours, weekends and holidays.
