You will be responsible for finding, troubleshooting and fixing building or property issues. Responsibilities Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Conduct routine maintenance work Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Some shipping a receiving duties Keep logs on work and issues Skills Experience in maintenance work Knowledge of mechanical and electrical building components Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift) Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc. Excellent physical condition Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Quick apply or call Sandy Welch 402-738-2140
