Looking to rent a spot to renovate an airstream

My friend and I are looking to temporarily rent a spot to renovate a vintage airstream for around 3 months. We’re open to it being an outdoor spot on someone’s land with or without electricity, however if there’s something indoor or covered available that also has electricity then those would definitely be huge pluses. We’re happy to work out a monthly rate to pay a land owner. In terms of location, we’re looking for a spot basically in any town between Cranston/Warwick and Mystic, CT. We’re both honest and trustworthy and can sign liability waivers if need be. If anyone’s interested or knows someone who might be, feel free to let us know. Thanks!
