Hi - Do general rehab and property management of houses in Wake County, as well as building some ADUs ('granny flat' small homes generally in back yard of a home). Looking for reliable Full Time worker, someone who wants a somewhat flexible 30-40 hrs of work per week. The more info, the better. Please let me know SPECIFICALLY 1.
