The economy is slowing down. If you have an RV and want to save cash every month on RV space rental, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for an assistant for our small RV park. You will mainly help us maintain the RV park, make small repairs and we also have various ongoing residential remodeling and landscaping projects at our property that you can work on. You must have an RV to live in on-site and in exchange, you'll provide 10 hours of work per week. You can do these 10 hours on the weekend, in the evening, or whenever it's convenient for you. The work is flexible. Depending on what skills you have, we may have additional construction work available for you (carpentry, electricals, drywall work...) Your RV space will come with its own electric meter. You can move your current electric account here. You will not have to pay for water and sewage. We are located at 77469 in the town of Thomsons (south of Sugarland and are considered a part of Richmond). You must have reliable transportation and your basic tools. You will have the opportunity to become our property manager which includes the RV park in the future if you are a good fit. If you are interested in this position, send us an email.
