Clean out dirt/gravel/branches behind house

Hello Handy Men and Women. I have a parking area behind my house that I would like cleaned out. There is a dirt pile that is pretty decently sized, I'd say 10'x4' and about 3' tall behind my house and a small gravel pile left over from when I put my patio in last spring. They are both pretty compacted so it may take some muscle or machinery to get out. There are also some branches and a pallet back there as well. I would like this all removed and hauled off so you will need some type of truck. This needs to be clean enough so I can have gravel poured and spread to make this a nice parking area. Attached are pictures of the area which is approximately 18'x25' total. Please send over a quote for removal. Thank you.
