1/2" drywall and repair

Have a utility room that has framed wall ready for 1/2" drywall -- wall is 6'2" wide x 7'9" height. The other wall and ceiling need repair from previous shelves and holes -- see pictures. Please provide total estimate of labor + materials to complete this job. Need to get this done as soon as possible. NO ESTIMATE, NO REPLY.
