Tile installers- ABG is looking for the right candidate to join our company. We offer an apprenticeship program for the Schluter®-KERDI-SHOWER system. You will have hands on training by a qualified installer and ABG will pay for your participation in the Schluter®-KERDI-SHOWER certification program. Skills required for this work includes an aptitude for math, ability to listen to instructions and perform tasks accordingly. You must be able to take constructive criticism and show the ability to learn at a fast pace and have a strong work ethic. Starting pay will be $16.00 per hour. Once you have gone through the training, apprenticeship program and show the ability to work independently, your hourly wage will increase immediately. Your pay increase will be based on your skill level and quality of work. Your duties include but are not limited to the following: • Some demolition is required. • You must have the ability to lift and move boxes of tiles to and around the jobsite • Provide labor and assistance to the tile setter in order to learn our installation procedures of the Schluter®-KERDI-SHOWER system.
