Job description We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance technician to join our team! Maintenance Technician needed for the upkeep of a Property Management company for single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments which are mostly located on the West Side of town. Qualifications: Experience in building/facility maintenance including basic electrical & plumbing diagnostics/repair. Painting and drywall upkeeping. Interact well with others Have basic tools for the trade Have reliable transportation Job will require use of your own vehicle *all gas costs will be reimbursed* Excellent verbal communication skills Proactive Troubleshooting Self-Starter Time Management skills Problem-solving. Attention to detail Painting drywall woodwork, this opportunity is a full-time position. Salary commensurate with experience and education.
