What BS! How could there possibly be a balanced budget in 1969 or any other time when we have had a national debt since forever? The math that you and I learned is entirely different than the math the Washington politicians use. Translated into normal speak, that means they lie.
Funny you didn’t mention the dot com fiasco that immediately followed Clinton’s artificial housing and economic balloon. Not to mention Clinton’s NAFTA bill that stripped the United States of millions of jobs and sent them north, south and across the pond.
