We are seeking candidates with experience and a can-do attitude!!! We are looking to hire crews with 5+ years of experience, who can read and understand CDs, RFDSs, as well as provide testing and troubleshooting services. Crews with experience and expertise to complete the work in a timely and efficient manner - need only apply. Duties & Responsibilities: In addition to new site build/colocation, the vendor must have experience with antenna and line installation in addition to other wireless-related projects. Expanding and upgrading cellular networks by installing and maintaining mounting platforms, antennas, RRU's, TMAs and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures. Transmission lines for DC and coaxial power/fiber optics installation and maintenance Provide assistance with testing new and existing equipment. Sweeps, fiber tests, and PIMs may be included. Ability to read, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions. Working under minimal supervision is a requirement for reliable performance. Ability to effectively manage time while completing SOWs Following OSHA and company safety procedures, as well as ensuring that appropriate safety equipment is used is a must Availability to work in all weather conditions, including snow, rain, and changing temperatures. Provide excellent customer service as part of our team. MUST HAVE - Experience & Interpersonal Skills AT&T Carrier Experience Crew must have a total of 8+ years of experience in the Cell Tower Telecommunications Industry combined between all members. Crew must consist of (1) Foreman, (1) Top Hand, and two additional qualified helpers (Tower & Ground).
