Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced lawn care professional to join our team as a Lawn Care Crew Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a background in commercial lawn care. Responsibilities: -Lead a crew of 2 to 4 team members on a daily basis -Ensure that all crew members are properly trained and following company policies and procedures -Manage and maintain a schedule for the crew to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard -Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure that all job-related information is conveyed accurately and in a timely manner -Perform regular quality checks to ensure that all work meets or exceeds the company's standards Requirements: -Prior experience in commercial lawn care Strong leadership and management skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work well in a team environment -Valid driver's license and clean driving record Pay: Upto $18 per hour to start, with opportunities for raises based on experience and performance This is a full-time position, with a standard 40-hour workweek.
