Manufactured home community maintenance. You must be able to work in the Texas heat, have a "get the job done right" attitude, and not waste time. Problem-solving skills and ability to work both as a team or independently. Must have your own- reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Duties include but are not limited to: Repair water and sewer lines, digging Walk communities to read meters, pass out bills and notices Preventative maintenance Cleaning shop, office, truck, etc. Weed-eat, edging, rake, and bag leaves Emergency calls Other duties as needed This job is 90% outside work, we work outside year-round.
