This 4-week course will highlight the concept of mental wellness and resilience which is the learned capacity to cope with the adversity. We will discuss lifestyle choices that support resilience in the winter in addition to learning from the natural world and other cultures on ways to embrace cold and dark days while orienting toward light and life.
Sessions will be held Friday January 6, 13, 20 and 27th from 5-6pm.
Cancellation Policy
Graceful Balance reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment or extreme weather. If Graceful Balance cancels an event, all registrants will be notified and all registration fees will be fully refunded.
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
5 days' notice is required for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee if you need to withdraw for personal reasons.
NO refunds for no-shows or last-minute withdrawals (within 5 days of the program)
