Robots are very helpful in understanding information and helping humans do things, especially things we cannot do ourselves. From robots that vacuum your floor to those that can cook you dinner or perform surgery, robotics plays an important part in our lives! But, who builds robots, and how do robots know what to do?
At this free session, you and your future or former Girl Scout will have fun exploring the magic of robots, the people who build them, and creating your very own rubber band powered cup robot launchers! Staff and Troop 77568 volunteers will discuss our program and its benefits, troop logistics, registration, parent involvement, and more! Don't forget to invite your friends to come and see what Girl Scouts are all about firsthand! We can’t wait to see you there!
Spots are limited. This event is for families with non-member youth in kindergarten through 3rd grade who are interested in trying an activity before committing to joining. This is not a drop-off event. All youth attendees must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that this event is subject to cancellation or change.
