Goddess Yoga is the sacred art of sensual movement and rituals that helps connect us with our Divine Feminine energy of creativity and receptiveness. This is also a safe space for healing past wounds and moving stuck energy. What this class includes: - Share circle to set a safe space - Sensual Movement (feel yo'self!) - Yoga/Dance - Sacred sisterhood - Releasing & Manifesting - Aromatherapy - Breathwork - Opening the throat chakra You do not need to be an expert at yoga or dance. Just come and whatever level you are at is perfect <3 Completely diffeerent than any yoga/movement class you've been to - less about structure & more about finding what feels good to you! What you need for this class: wear something you feel beautiful, comfortable & sexy in, bring a water bottle Note: This is a womb event only (although every 3rd Sunday I hold an all genders class at Synchronocities if you'd like to join - would love to have you!
