Description

Heather Fox, Occupational Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, will guide you through a relaxing meditation and then perform Reiki Energy Healing on each attendee while you relax, and align while transforming pain and stress into peace and purpose. Please arrive on time out of respect for all attendees. If this is your first event with Grounded Balance you will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga or meditation mat, blanket, pillow, and journal if you desire to write any thoughts after the session.
