Whether you want to introspect, release, relax, go into a deep sleep, or connect with a spirit guide, Inner Sync is all about you, and your peace of soul. A preview of our day: We begin Inner Sync with our Grounding Welcome + Land Acknowledgements, where we begin our circle by holding hands & thanking the sacred land we will be healing with, honoring the land, our ancestors, and all of us present. During this time, our intention is to acknowledge the land & every soul present, and each of us shares what we are grateful for. This exercise gives us the opportunity to meet, connect & engage with the space & also begin to meet beautiful beings in our community. It is also an opportunity for all of us to practice gratitude as a community & say any prayers we wish to say as a powerful collective. We then will transition to sharing cacao & set our intentions from within. We will further call in the energy of our ancestors/higher power & also allow ourselves to be guided by the heart-opening medicine of cacao. After taking some time individually with the medicine, we will then come together as a collective & have a community conversation on the energies that are coming up for us, & also be able to share any wisdom we would like to share. Next, our brother Fran I Am, a visionary and natural mystic, will be guiding us through an empowering Qi Gong Flow. Be ready to engage in a mind/body/soul exercise that uses slow and precise body movements with controlled breathing and mental focus to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and overall health. The Qi Gong Flow will be structured for all levels and ages. Be open to allowing yourself to be guided and you will definitely notice shifts in your body. Movement is medicine!!! After Qi Gong, you will then be guided on a beautiful sound healing journey by our Illumin8 team. A Sound Bath, guided-meditation created with the intention to assist you into an inward, deep meditative state of heart grounding and equanimity. Each meditation is guided by the flow of spirit, yet the themes will focus on mainly assisting you in diving deeper into your own unique inner wisdom, growth, empowerment + connection. The sound healing journey consists of instruments such as: Crystal Singing Bowls, a Didgeridoo, a Rain Stick, a Flute, & a third eye tuner. We also sometimes spontaneously add new/different elements at each gathering. Lastly, we will end our circle with the blessings of water drum prayers guided by our brother Ramsey Uribe. Ramsey will be sharing prayers that were passed on to him from his ancestry. We ask that during this time, please be extra respectful and honor the silence of your voice as the drum is being played. We also ask that there be no recording or pictures taken. Water drum prayers is a time to connect deeply with your ancestors and the land around you. A time for you to honor & pray to your connection, to your ancestral lineage. After closing the circle, we will have a community potluck picnic + medicine music (acoustic style). What a beautiful way to end our healing than to come together and share some yummy food/snacks/beverages & listening to some soulful tunes by our brothers & sisters. You are more than welcome to bring anything you feel called to bring. It is also not mandatory to bring something. If you would like to share your music with us please do so!
