Join City Education Partners, UTSA faculty and staff, and Male Teachers of Color from partnering districts for a conversation about the needs, challenges, and opportunities to support and strengthen the teacher talent pipeline in San Antonio that elevates the representation of male teachers of color in the field and their positive impact on student's social and educational trajectories. We will offer three conversational panels discussing grow-your-own male teacher of color pathways, cultivating male students into the teaching profession, and advanced career opportunities in the education field.
