Help Adolescents Speak Out is a personal development company for youth ages 11-19. We have been taking on the ReCAST Mecklenburg Youth Violence Prevention Initiative for the past year and moving forward into 2023. The Youth Violence Prevention Initiative allows us to offer our courses, seminars, and workshops free for great communities within Charlotte and Mecklenburg County of NC. Please take advantage of the opportunity to meet and greet us with your presence.
