ServiceMaster in Grand Rapids is seeking a Lead Water Restoration Technician to join our team. This position consists of water extraction, cleaning, and restoring the interior of homes and businesses damaged by water and/or fire. This position will focus mainly on water restoration, and fire restoration as needed. You will travel around the Kent, Ionia, and Ottawa counties to each job site with a team of our restoration technicians. *$1000 signing bonus to be discussed at an interview* Our ideal candidate: - At least 2 years restoration experience and be able to take moisture readings. - Must be IICRC certified. - Someone who is detail oriented and takes pride in their work. - Enjoys being on the move and never having the same day twice. - Can work and communicate effectively with a team of restoration technicians. - Can work independently if the job requires it. - Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and be willing to drive a company vehicle. We are located on the SE side of Grand Rapids. Health, dental, and vision insurance plans are available. Paid time-off accrual. Bonuses are paid on qualifying jobs.
